Chocolate Raspberry Seasonal Cupcake at Jolly Holiday Bakery

For some reason, I don't usually get cupcakes when I go to Disneyland. Probably because I am craving a churro, Dole whip, ice cream, or any number of other treats that you have seen on my blog. Recently, I heard about how good this cupcake was and I decided to give it a try.
The chocolate raspberry cupcake can be found at Jolly Holiday Bakery located across from Sleeping Beauty Castle.
The presentation of this cupcake is great. It almost looks too good to eat. It is made up of chocolate cake filled with a raspberry cream filling, topped with chocolate mousse, dipped in chocolate, with chocolate curls surrounding the edge, a decorated white chocolate disk and a fresh raspberry placed on top, and the whole thing dusted with edible glitter. It's a generous size and worth the $4.99, in my opinion.
I hated to do it, but here's what the inside looked like once I cut into it. It tasted just as good as it originally appeared. It's definitely a new favorite. Gotta catch this one before it's gone for the season.
